VIDAH AI is a wellness and educational tool. It helps you organize supplement routines, review possible combinations, and store health-related notes.

The Service does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information generated by AI is educational only and must not replace consultation with qualified healthcare or veterinary professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you register profiles for family members or pets, you confirm you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly recurring basis. Prices are shown in the checkout screen and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from the customer portal.

Refund policy: you may request a full refund within 7 days of any first purchase (right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, art. 49). After that window, refunds are evaluated case by case in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. To request a refund, contact support through the app.

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer it, upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass security, or use the AI features to obtain medical, diagnostic, dosing, or prescription decisions.

The Service, its brand, and its content are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIDAH AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified professional before changing supplements, medication, or routines.

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 15 days before taking effect.
