Is VIDAH AI medical advice?

No. VIDAH AI is a wellness and educational assistant. It helps you organize supplement routines, review possible combinations, and store lab records. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always review with a qualified healthcare or veterinary professional before any change.

How does the AI review work?

You can take photos of supplement labels or lab reports; the AI extracts ingredients and reference ranges and highlights context (duplicate ingredients, timing conflicts, values outside the printed reference). All AI observations require your review and are labeled as educational.

How much does it cost?

There is a Free plan and paid plans (Personal, Family, Professional). Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD or BRL depending on your region. Annual plans include a discount equivalent to two months free.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Billing → Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab, where you can cancel, change your payment method, or download invoices. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of any first purchase (right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, art. 49). After that window, refunds are evaluated case by case. To request a refund, contact support from within the app with your account email.

How is my data protected?

Your data is stored with Row-Level Security so that only you (and admins you authorize) can see it. Card data is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers. We comply with LGPD and, where applicable, GDPR. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell personal data. AI processing sends only the content needed to generate the requested output and is not used to train third-party models without your explicit consent.

Can I use it for my family or pets?

Yes. Family and Professional plans support multiple profiles, including pets. Each profile has its own supplements, alerts, and lab records.

Which languages are supported?

English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The AI answers in the language of the active profile.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and choose Delete account. Personal data is erased within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g., tax records).
